STANDARD SHIPPING- 

Dispatch period-

At Lavender Label, we spend extra time making all the orders each and every product has a unique  shipping period which is-

It takes 9-11 buisness days to ship the products.

Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.

( the reason behind these non- working days is- this business is  completely owned and run by women and we would love to give them sometime for themselves at  least during the weekends & on holidays)

Processing time may exceed during new launches, festive season and sale.

 

After products are dispatched it takes 3-7 days to be delivered according to the location, the courier service used is India post.

**Please make sure address is full and complete, we are not responsible if package is returned due to wrong details/ incomplete address.

IF ANY PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO US- due to incomplete address/ wrong or missing address information/ non-availability / rejection we are not held responsible. We share the tracking email as soon as an order is shipped, it is ones duty to be informed on the same. shipping charges to be paid in case of returns; Order accot be cancelled if returned as it is not our mistake even after sharing all the necessary tracking detail, 

Only on payment of shipping charges the package will be processed.

If you want to be informed / called by delivery executive you can choose express option where dtdc is the shipment partner.

When order is via standard shipping as mentioned it is india post and they do not call? send text messages as it is owned by the Govt of India.

EXPRESS SHIPPING-

The orders via express shipping option are dispatched in 4-7 business days,

we use a faster mode of shipping system such as DTDC, SHREE MARUTHI 

if the pincode is not avaliable via the above mentioned services then we use India post services,

Once dispatched it will be delivered in 1-4 business days (there might be a lil delay if it's rural areas)

     3. *Same Day Delivery:* Get your order on the same day if eligible.

4. Select Same Day Delivery:
   - If you need your order urgently, choose the *Same Day Delivery* option.

5. Placing the Order:
   - If you place your order *before 2:30 PM*, your order will be delivered on the same day.
   - If you place your order *after 2:30 PM*, it will be delivered the next day.

6. Complete Your Purchase:
   - After selecting your delivery option, complete the checkout process just as you usually do.
