We believe clothes should belong in your wardrobe, not in landfills. That’s why every piece we create is made to order, with thoughtful details designed to help your garment last for years.
As part of our commitment to creating quality, long-lasting clothing, we add approximately 2 inches of additional margin to our garments wherever possible. We understand that every woman’s body naturally grows and changes over time, and we want your clothing to have the flexibility to grow and change with you too.
In addition to the seam allowances, we also offer free custom sizing to help you find a fit that feels right for you (for custom sizing please reach us on Instagram or whatsapp only)
Since every outfit is made to order specifically for your purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any product once an order has been placed.
We also cannot accept cancellations due to a change of mind, a change in plans, or if you decide that you no longer want the product after placing your order.
We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase before placing your order. If you have any questions or concerns about sizing, measurements, fit, or custom sizing, please reach out to us before placing your order. We’re always happy to help you choose the right size and can guide you through the custom-sizing process.

We regret to inform you that we do not offer returns or refunds for a change of mind or if you no longer want the product. We encourage our customers to carefully consider their purchase before placing an order.
We request you to choose the size carefully, the model details, the size chart are very clearly mentioned.
However, if you claim any damage, we would require a parcel opening video to get the replacement of the product and please inform us within 24hrs of the receipt of the product by writing to us at lavender.label8@gmail with order number, full name, address, tracking and video of the damaged product and our team will contact you and will guide you through the process.
Any order once placed cannot be altered/ cancelled on request.
Only any Delivery information such as Name, Address / Contact information can be altered.
